Audiorack patch cables silver-plated OCC copper
Description
Our Audiorack cables are our audio version of classic Eurorack patch cables. They are made to order, on demand and by hand in our workshop in the south of France. Their silver-plated OCC copper conductors transmit the signal transparently, with a particular affinity for the upper end of the spectrum. The treble is more precise and better defined. Like their OFC and OCC copper counterparts, they are flat. This promotes greater flexibility along the horizontal axis and greater rigidity along the vertical axis. Their copper is 99.9999% pure. They are available in 2 x 1.2mm.
The conductors are surrounded by Teflon, a polymer used in Hi-Fi for its dielectric constants and first-rate electrical insulation properties. It is also highly flexible. The outer sheath is made of woven PES. Here too, the insulation properties are excellent, as are its dielectric constants. It also offers excellent resistance to impact and friction whilst remaining very flexible.
As for the connectors, we have chosen mono gold-plated jacks, available in mono or stereo, with silver soldering. You can also opt for a cable with floating ground shielding to eliminate any electrical interference from your environment.
In addition to their superior technical capabilities, Audiorack cables feature the same identification system as our Europatch cables, allowing you to track the path of your signals at a glance. As such, the combination of these two complementary products becomes an immediate must-have for anyone who has tried it.
If you cannot find the size you require, or if you would like a different connector configuration, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be delighted to manufacture the product that best meets your expectations.
Finally, in our Audiorack range, you’ll find our 3.5 mm jack/XLR cables for connecting your mixing module to your speakers, as well as our range of special cables.
