1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties.
2. Return Policy
For the return to be accepted:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and any gifts must be returned.
- The product must not have been customized (in the case of customized or made-to-measure products, no returns are possible except in the case of a defect).
3. Return Procedure
To make a return:

- Please provide your order number and the product(s) concerned.
- Follow the return instructions that we will send you.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
4. Refund
Once the product has been returned and inspected, the refund will be processed:
- Using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
The initial shipping costs are not refunded (unless the product is returned due to an error on our part or a defect).
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is delivered damaged or defective:
We will exchange or refund your purchase at no additional cost.
Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) with supporting photos.
