1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalties.
2. Return Policy
For the return to be accepted:
- The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, instructions and any gifts must be returned.
- The product must not have been personalised (in the case of personalised or made-to-measure products, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty).
3. Returns Procedure
To make a return:
- Please contact our customer service team at bangee.cables@gmail.com.
- Please provide your order number and the relevant product(s).
- Please follow the return instructions we will send you.
Return delivery costs are payable by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product.
4. Refund
Once the product has been returned and inspected, a refund will be issued:
- Via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the returned item.
The original delivery charges are not refundable (unless the product is returned due to an error on our part or a fault).
5. Faulty or Damaged Products
If a product is delivered damaged or faulty:
We will arrange an exchange or a refund at no extra cost.
Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) and provide supporting photographs.
